Utilizes Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) to pioneer the application of Boron-Doped Diamond (BDD) electrode technology for home and medical sterilization. We possess comprehensive in-house capabilities for the design and manufacturing of BDD electrodes and modules. Our company has developed mature active ozone disinfection module products that effectively address critical pain points in users’ daily lives. Through deep collaborations with numerous renowned domestic brands and institutions, our solutions are widely applied across various sectors, including household sanitation, commercial kitchens, healthcare, pet hygiene, and agricultural farming.

Ozone Disinfection & Sterilization Mechanism

Ozone is a strong oxidant, and the disinfection process belongs to biochemical oxidation reactions, Its disinfection principle is:

* Oxidation and decomposition of glucose inside bacteria.

* Interacting with bacteria and viruses, damaging their organelles and DNA, RNA, disrupting the metabolism of bacteria.

* Penetrating the cell membrane tissue and invading the cell, acting on lipoproteins in the outer membrane and lipopolysaccharides inside, causing bacterial permeability distortion and dissolution death. 

* Preventing or inhibiting bacterial biofilm.

Our electrolytic ozone technology operates by electrolyzing water molecules at the electrode surface under low voltage. This process generates powerful oxidizing agents, primarily Ozone (O3) and Hydroxyl Radicals (·OH). These agents possess exceptionally high oxidation-reduction potentials (2.07V for O3 and 2.8V for·OH), far surpassing common disinfectants like sodium hypochlorite (1.63V). This superior reactivity enables the rapid and effective elimination of a broad spectrum of bacteria and viruses.

The sterilization process occurs through the following biochemical oxidation reactions:

Microbial Cell Membranes→Penetrated and dissolved, leading to structural collapse.

Microbial Enzyme Systems→Oxidized and decomposed, causing energy depletion.

Microbial DNA/RNA→ Damaged and disrupted, terminating metabolic processes.

The Boron-Doped Diamond (BDD) electrode is an advanced material at the forefront of electrochemical oxidation research. By doping diamond with boron, it achieves a unique combination of exceptional stability and high electrical conductivity. This synergy grants the core electrolytic component an extended service life and consistent, reliable performance. New Frontier independently developed series of BDD electrodes like flat-panel, granular, foam, and patterned types.

Furthermore, its exceptionally high oxygen evolution potential (EOP 2.9V) effectively suppresses the competing oxygen evolution reaction, making BDD electrodes a highly reliable and innovative choice for electrolytic ozone generation.

Leveraging our proprietary 5th-generation CVD equipment and end-to-end innovation capabilities, we have achieved the large-scale production of multi-size, multi-form BDD electrodes. With an annual production capacity of 1,000 m² and a product yield exceeding 95%, we provide robust, cutting-edge technological support for a wide range of disinfection and purification applications.
